No-Refund Policy

The AI for Teachers Practical Prompt Playbook is a digital product. Because it is delivered instantly and can be copied, downloaded, or accessed as soon as your purchase is complete, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted, except in the limited situations described below.

When a Refund Applies

• Duplicate charge — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order. We'll refund the extra charge(s) once verified.
• Failed delivery — payment was successful but you never received access to the playbook/portal, and our support team is unable to resolve the access issue.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email help@chementor.in within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What Is Not Covered

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Not having enough time to use the playbook.
• Dissatisfaction with content that was accurately described before purchase.
